Position Summary:

The Salesforce Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day management and optimization of our Salesforce instance. Working closely with the Director of Revenue Operations and Salesforce Developer, this role focuses on configuration, data hygiene, reporting, and process improvements to support GTM functions across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a systems problem-solver and enabler, not a system architect or developer.


Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, record types, validation rules, flows, and page layouts
  • Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and license assignments
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for GTM teams and leaders
  • Perform regular data quality audits and maintain hygiene protocols
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Developer on complex projects while focusing on scalable, declarative solutions
  • Assist with QA and UAT for feature changes and automation
  • Support end-user training, documentation, and troubleshooting

 

Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”: 

  • SalesForce Certification required
  • 2-4 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B environment
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative functionality (Flows, Reports, Validation Rules, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining data integrity
  • Ability to build scalable solutions in support of sales and customer success workflows
