As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to support our sales team. This role blends sales administration (70%) with inside sales (30%), making it ideal for someone who enjoys both structured operational work and customer engagement.
What You’ll DoSales Administration (70%)
- Support sales operations by managing small-value deals and bringing them to closure.
- Handle customer inquiries related to quotes, order processing, pricing, and product information.
- Ensure smooth opportunity-to-invoice management, understanding pricing structures and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
- Prepare sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline and revenue.
- Assist in renewal readiness, identifying at-risk accounts and executing actions to secure on-time renewals.
Inside Sales (30%)
- Call and qualify leads, ensuring they align with SimplifyNext’s ideal customer profile.
- Follow up on inbound customer inquiries, routing them to the appropriate Sales Manager when necessary.
- Provide basic product information and deeper insights into our subscription and service offerings.
- Identify and assess upsell/cross-sell opportunities, proactively driving additional revenue.
- Support the sales team in lead nurturing efforts, ensuring potential customers remain engaged.
What You’ll Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with experience managing sales data and processes.
- Motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
