About the Role
This role is key to ensuring our sales operations run smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for making sure customer applications are complete and accurate, acting as a vital link between our sales teams, dealers, and other internal departments. Your work directly supports the business development team, helping them with essential daily tasks like loan processing and disbursements.
You'll play an important part in maintaining the integrity of our customer data by carefully screening documents and entering information into our systems. This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn the ropes of sales support and potentially expand their skills across different product areas. We provide training and encourage you to embrace new tools that can make our work more efficient.
What You Will Do
Act as a central point of contact, liaising with various teams and dealers to ensure all customer applications are fully completed.
Support the business development team with their day-to-day operations, including crucial tasks like loan disbursement and processing.
Carefully screen loan documentation, perform data entry, and diligently maintain the accuracy of information within our systems.
Proactively follow up with dealers and customers to resolve any outstanding documentation issues or rework requirements.
Assist in the generation and issuance of invoices and billing statements for our business partners and customers.
Explore opportunities to cross-train in support roles for other product lines, broadening your expertise.
Embrace learning and adopt new automation tools to enhance productivity and streamline existing processes.
Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help.
What You Will Need
A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage your tasks independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong follow-up skills and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth interactions with all stakeholders.
Proficiency in using basic MS Excel and Word functions for daily tasks.
Previous experience in administration, loan processing, or credit processing would be beneficial.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and data management.
Be open to taking on additional duties as assigned by your manager.
