We are looking for an experienced salesperson to support our Automotive transactions. You will manage the daily inbound leads, transactional sales and provide our customers and business partners with value-added services.
Job DescriptionLeads management
Manage and handle all inbound sales enquiries (e.g. calls, texts, emails)
Provide quotations on cars or advise according to our internal procedures
Assist customers to source for the best pricing in their vehicle sales requests
Negotiate with our partners to match up the pricing needs of our customers
Ensure continuity of service delivery by answering all requests from customers
Perform time-sensitive tasks and coordinate appointments between our customers and partners
Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service
Escalate cases and requests as per company protocols
Driving revenue growth in transaction services within Cars category
Identify the needs of potential customers to provide them with our vehicle sales and valuation, financing and vehicle insurance services
Prospecting to potential buyers
Monitor prospects closely for conversions to actual transactions
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (other depts, customers, partners, banks, etc)
Minimum 1 years of experience in sales
A self-motivated achiever with a drive for success in sales
Passionate in cars and highly interested in the Autos industry
Excellent end-to-end selling skills, including needs assessments, follow-up, objection handling, and closing deals
Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing and highly digitized environment
Results-oriented, flexible and able to apply creative thinking into sales pitch to prospects
Good to have:
Possess a Class 3 driving license
Prior experience in the Autos industry in areas of Autos Financing and Transactional Services
Proficiencies in the use of Salesforce CRM or any other CRM applications
