As the  Sales Operations Manager , you will be a strategic regional partner to Sales Leadership across Asia Pacific, enabling data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and consistent execution across diverse markets.

You will be responsible for translating regional sales strategy into actionable insights, scalable processes, and reliable governance. Success in this role requires the ability to balance regional standardisation with local market realities while influencing leaders in a matrix environment.


Your main responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted operations partner to APAC Sales Leaders, providing insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Translating regional sales priorities into operational plans, metrics, and cadence that enable consistent execution across markets.
  • Analysing sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, taking into account differences in market maturity and sales motions.
  • Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving regional dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide clear visibility for APAC Sales Leadership while accommodating local requirements.
  • Partnering with regional sales teams on pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and deal performance, ensuring insights are actionable and decision-oriented.
  • Supporting regional forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles
  • Establish and maintaining sales governance frameworks, review cadences, and performance tracking to support predictable execution across APAC.
  • Driving continuous improvement of sales processes by identifying inefficiencies, scaling best practices, and ensuring adoption across the region.
  • Managing and optimising sales tools including CRM (Salesforce), CPQ systems, and other enablement platforms to support regional consistency and local usability.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across sales systems through regular audits, data hygiene initiatives, and close collaboration with sales teams.
  • Partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Compensation, Deal Desk and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on targets, reporting, and execution priorities.
  • Supporting preparation of insights, materials, and narratives for regional leadership reviews, QBRs, and executive presentations.
Who are you?

You will be successful in this role if you possess the following qualifications,skills, competencies and experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or a related roles, preferably in a regional or global environment, in software companies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated experience working across Asia Pacific markets, with a strong understanding of cultural, communication, and business practice differences.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and CPQ tools (e.g. Zuora or similar).
  • Experience working with financial tracking and reporting systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience presenting insights to senior sales leadership.Profiency in any other Asian languages is a plus.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships in a matrix, multi-country environment.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to different leadership styles.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and pragmatic, with a strong bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently in Singapore, without Work Visa support.
