You are responsible for:
- Reviews sales operations’ operational objectives and work plans, delegates assignments to subordinates, and regularly reviews objectives to assess and ensure the success of operations.
- Executes company policies that impact immediate operations and potentially influence company-wide practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and facilitating smooth implementation across all relevant departments.
- Drives adoption of new ways of working, policies, and procedures by leading change initiatives, providing clear guidance and training, and ensuring effective communication to facilitate seamless integration.
- Develops a strategic plan for sales operations that drives growth, and facilitates market expansion by optimizing processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance competitive positioning.
- Oversees the selection, implementation, and optimization of sales tools and technologies by evaluating system needs, ensuring integration with existing processes, and enhancing their functionality to maximize sales team productivity.
- Supports the maintenance and growth of key customer relationships by streamlining sales operations and delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Drives continuous improvement of sales operations processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and enhance customer engagement.
- Establishes and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness for a function/region/business.
- Manages talent across the team, while driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and ensuring effective operational management.
- Oversees the entire contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring thorough review and approval of sales contracts, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation to optimize contractual outcomes and protect company interests.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree OR 3 years with Master’s degree
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing Technology, Healthcare, or MedTech
- Certified LEAN Basic preferred but not mandatory
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Solid understanding of healthcare market and clinical workflows
- Proven project management skills
