Job Description
Scope of Role
Located in Singapore, this role reports directly to the GM of Jobstreet Express Singapore. As a People Manager, your primary focus will be empowering the sales team. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales processes and systems to drive growth across multiple channels.
- Improve go-to-market strategies, scripts, and conversion efficiency.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Lead a team of 2-4 members to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to identify and seize new opportunities.
- Ensure excellence in operations, including lead generation/distribution, ad and profile quality control, and customer service.
- Be responsible for sales forecasting and collaborate with the team to meet or exceed targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and collaborators to drive revenue growth.
- Supervise market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to advise sales strategies.
- Design and implement training programs to boost team performance and productivity.
- Manage the sales budget and resources, ensuring efficient operations.
- Equip the team with vital tools, resources, and training for success.
Qualifications
Skills, Experience and Proficiencies
The ideal candidate would possess the following proficiencies, skills, and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree – All majors are welcome
- Over 6 years of experience with a proven track record of achieving sales growth.
- Previous experience in sales operations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with clients and collaborators.
- Expertise in developing and optimizing sales processes and systems.
- Sophisticated analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret performance data and guide strategies.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
