About the Role

Fivetran is looking for a highly motivated Sales Ops Analyst to support our rapidly growing Go-to-Market (GTM) organization and play a critical role in supporting the streamlining of our revenue initiatives and processes. This role frequently collaborates with other members of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Systems, Analytics, and Enablements teams. The Sales Ops Analyst will work closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Alliances teams to drive efficiencies and provide day-to-day support. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and understanding the technology and business needs driving our revenue organization and has the unwavering desire to simplify everything in order to drive success. Through a sense of curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and grow, they strive to adapt, excel, and deliver impact across the revenue org.


What You’ll Do

  • Learn Fivetran’s tech stack, reporting tools, revenue teams, and supporting processes
  • Monitor, optimize, and ensure data integrity in our core platform, Salesforce, as well as other revenue business systems
  • Own and action Salesforce Cases and existing RevOps processes to support the day-to-day needs of the RevOps and GTM teams
  • Document existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize and scale with the growing business
  • Identify problems, brainstorm solutions, and resolve issues quickly for our Revenue Organization, enlisting the help of team members as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Alliances to help exceed revenue goals


Skills We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of years of experience with Salesforce and its ecosystem, preferably in SaaS/Tech environment
  • You have an appetite for tackling new challenges and solving problems
  • You are curious, resourceful, and quick to learn - you take pride in the quality of your work
  • You possess the ability to excel in complex, fast-paced environments, which require teamwork and the willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to help the team succeed
  • You have a proven track record of adapting quickly, learning by doing, and working independently
  • You have the ability to work cross-collaboratively
  • You are extremely organized, detail oriented, and data driven


Bonus Skills

  • Experience using or administering different business systems and integration (e.g., Outreach, Chorus, D&B, ZoomInfo, LeanData, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to assess, manipulate, and analyze data
