Sales Manager

Responsible for driving growth across customers including key accounts in the Industrial market (EII). Focus on emerging OEM customers in high-growth applications such as Datacenters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Charging Infrastructure, and Industrial Automation. Execute Littelfuse’s Go-To-Market strategy, manage account plans, and deliver revenue and profitability targets.

About the Job

Manage and grow OEM accounts in SE Asia.

Develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and maintain accurate pipeline in CRM.

Execute GTM strategy balancing direct engagement and channel support.

Build strong relationships with engineering and sourcing teams; deliver technical presentations with FAEs.

Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations for timely support and delivery.

Report KPIs and performance metrics regularly.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years of OEM sales experience in industrial markets.

Proven ability to manage mid-tier OEM accounts and drive growth in emerging markets.

Strong understanding of Datacenters, BESS, EV Charging, and Industrial Automation applications.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel in region (up to 50%).
