Job Description

MANGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and expanding EFRAC’s Analytical Services in the Bangladesh market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in introducing and positioning our services to both the Private Sector and Government Clients. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong client relationships, and proven sales expertise, particularly within the Food Manufacturing and TIC ( Food Testing, Inspection, and Certification) sectors.

PRE-REQUISITES

  1. Should have worked in Food Manufacturing Industry /TIC domain (Ideally for the Food Sale of Analytical Services) for not less than 08 Years
  2. Should have good Communication Skills (local Language & spoken English)
  3. Should have fair Liaisoning with Regulatory Departments
  4. Should ideally be a Science Graduate (B.SC/M.SC), else, min. Graduate with relevant experience.
  5. Should be ready to chase aggressive Sales Targets
  6. Should be willing to Travel extensively

KEY RESPONSIBLITY AREAS (KRA)

  1. To Introduce EFRAC's Analytical Services to Private Sector & Govt. Sector Clients in Bangladesh market
  2. To achieve Sales Target of min. 12 Lakhs INR per month from 2nd Month of joining
  3. To send Sales Report to EFRAC HO, Kolkata on Daily basis
  4. To establish strong & economical logistic network for Sample Transportation
  5. To liase with local Customs / Border officials for Sample movement

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification in the food or TIC domain is a plus.
