The Sales Executive/Business Development Executive is responsible for acquiring new clients, generating leads, designing sales strategies, building client relationships, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with teams for project success in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Business Development Executive with a strong background in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in acquiring new clients, a deep understanding of professional services, ability to drive business growth and expertise in the APAC market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in the IT Services & Consulting space.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Professional Services Expertise: Demonstrate a clear understanding of professional services, including staffing, project-based solutions, and managed services.
- Presentations and Proposals: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including delivery and technical teams, to ensure successful project implementation.
- Sales Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and progress against targets.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the IT Services & Consulting industry
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets in the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of professional services, including IT staffing and consulting solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
