What you will do:
As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for targeting new customer growth by promoting and selling our aftersales services such as, retrofit solutions, on HVAC, Refrigeration, Fire and Remote Monitoring services to a wide range of customer within our segment. This will mainly include commercial marine jobs. Proven track record of achieving results and closing deals. Should be familiar with class requirements pertaining to HVAC, AC and refrigeration. Site visits to ships is part of the role to develop the solutions
How You Will Do It:

You will be by supported by enterprise tools, data sets, valuable customer insight and value selling concepts to deliver targeted growth. You will also ensure effective adoption of Company systems, tools, pricing policies and sales processes.
Through using our current market intelligence and industry networking tools you will blend field activity with conversations with new clients to capture any opportunities available to you.
Salesforce.com is the CRM tool within the business and our Marketing function is also able to support with external communications and tailoring customer campaigns you require to assist you with performing your growth strategy.
What We Look For:
5-7 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration/ Fire Protection systems within the Marine or offshore Market covering field sales and knowledge of business development, opportunity, and pipeline management. Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals. Proven track record of achieving results and closing deals.
Responsible and accountable for end-to-end ownership of sales. This includes short terms and long-term strategy for business, owning the product portfolio, identifying customer needs and creating strong value proposition to serve these needs.
Make marketing and service sales presentation to owners as required. Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels like networking, utilizing internal and market data and social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/ local language) to effectively convey value propositions and build relationships with potential clients.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and sales techniques to stay ahead in the market.
Knowledge on compressors, chillers, refrigeration, fire systems preferred.
