Position Summary:
Export sale market was our key potential customers which we are serving technology motor and other additional solution under OEMs customers and aftermarket trading sale to related with application on HVAC, Pumping system, Smart beverage, etc. This career will handle overall process sale since create prospect, lead qualification, values proposal, negotiation & objection handling and then follow closing sale. To make confident our Regal Rexnord values can support as our products and solution to our value customers.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customers, providing support and resources to enhance our sales and new products expansion - Proactively hunt for new clients in Southeast Asia, Australia, etc showcasing the value and benefits of our products through product demonstrations, persuasive presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with distributors on sales strategies to expand our market share in the region or key account.
- Ensure fluency in English to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and distributors.
- Leverage technical background to understand and communicate the features and advantages of our motors and related products.
- Possess strong market knowledge, including understanding the competitive landscape and capitalizing on emerging market trends.
- Follow update sale forecast with OEMs as A customers, uploads data on system, then follow purchasing order from customers to achieve their forecast accuracy.
- By quarterly update new price by submit quotation and proceed follow new order from customer.
- Arrange recurring meeting with our key customers to update status on price, update customer’s sale forecast, our delivery status and follow as invoice and payment issue, etc.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Professional in sales and commercial business
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related field (Electrical or Mechanical Engineer background area preferred)
- Excellent communication on English
- 3 year has professional experience on export sale or related industry
- Working experience in Electronic Motors business, HVAC or Air conditioning is advantage
- Good communication and writing skill
- Passion to win and High say/do with quality results
- Experience in multinational company and manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Be adaptive and good resilience
- Ability to work as a business partner, eager to learn, self-motivated and driven as well as an effective team player
Travel: Available traveling to overseas
Language: Thai and English
