About the role:
The Sales Enablement Specialist supports sales training, onboarding, and enablement at 8am. You play a pivotal role in helping the team close more deals, faster, and do so through onboarding new reps, building and maintaining enablement training programs, conducting coaching and assessments, and supporting ongoing education initiatives. What you'll do:
- Create, improve, and maintain sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, and documentation.
- Develop and deliver virtual, in-person, and self-paced onboarding and continuous education sessions tailored to individual sales roles across multi-product domains.
- Develop competent assessment strategies and 1:1 training and coaching programs that scale, which ensures all sales reps are proficient in product knowledge, value propositions, messaging, competitive landscapes, and sales processes in line with their respective roles.
- Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials, such as sales decks, case studies, product videos, and other collateral.
- Own data, analytics, and measurement of sales enablement programs, defining KPIs to assess effectiveness across onboarding, content adoption, and sales performance, and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to identify highest-impact training and content priorities.
- Own and serve as a subject matter expert on sales tools and technologies.
- Reinforce resources and methodologies to ensure the success, efficiency, and effectiveness of our sales organization.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and recommend solutions to address processes and knowledge gaps.

About you:
- 2+ years in sales or sales enablement, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver clear, engaging, accurate, and concise presentations and training programs.
- Passion for supporting, teaching and enabling people’s success with tools, methodologies, and training.
- Meticulous organization, detail orientation, and task-driven nature.
- Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and the humility to ask for help when needed.
- Team player, willingness to step in for team members that need help, demonstrating integrity and positive communication, collaboration, and feedback.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
Nice to have:
- Experience attaining or exceeding quotas in high-velocity, B2B SaaS sales.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Intercom, Mindtickle, Highspot, and other tools and integrations.
