In this role, as Sales Director of the SEA region, you will be proactively leading, developing and coaching the SEA sales teams, managing the sales plans to both achieving key qualitative and quantitative goals with targeted profitability, and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction for Fluke in SEA.
Primary Responsibilities/Duties
· Being accountable for achieving assigned order intake, shipment, targeted margin, and related objectives for Fluke in SEA including all product lines.
· Setting up clear sales objectives and goals and allocating target by segments and by sales territories.
· Developing and maintaining healthy distribution network across the SEA region. Achieving balanced channel structure of direct sale and e-Commerce to maximize business coverage.
· Tracking sales performance and developing solutions in performance improvement possibility.
· Building up and developing a professional Commercial team in the SEA countries. Supporting team members with their career development and retaining key talents through collaboration with HR and management team.
· Motivating and engaging team by fostering culture consistency with company values and high business standards.
Qualification
· 15+ years’ experience in industrial sectors with technical knowledge. 5+ years’ sales management experience. (Experience of leading a sales team is desired)
· Experience with CRM systems, Funnel Management, data analytics, and digital sales tools.
· Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and cross-cultural business practice.
· Proven success in managing multi-country sales operations and achieving growth target.
· Having good communication skills and being fluent in English.
· Proven ability to recognize, motivate and develop team members.
· A highly adaptable, intuitive, customer-focused, self-motivated, good planner and a team player, having precision and accuracy in work, working effectively with a cross-function team
· Being creative and open-minded to new ways and new ideas.
· Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
· Willingness to accept 50% business travel within the region
