Sales Director – Solution Sales, Institutional Business
Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify, pitch, and onboard fund managers (hedge funds, long-only, PE/VC) and EAMs into moomoo’s institutional platform.
- Develop strategic partnerships and distribution pipelines across Southeast Asia.
2. Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned institutional clients.
- Deepen client engagement through regular reviews, idea generation, and product advisory.
3. Product & Solutioning Advisory
- Work closely with product, operations, and tech teams to offer customized trading, custody, and investment solutions.
- Drive adoption of moomoo's offering in equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, and digital assets.
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor evolving trends in fund and EAM needs, regulatory landscape, and competitor offerings.
- Propose enhancements to service models, platform capabilities, and client tools.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead cross-department coordination for onboarding, compliance, and operational support.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to shape product roadmap and client experience improvements.

Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development within a brokerage, private bank, fund platform, or fintech.
- Deep network and proven track record with fund managers and EAMs across Singapore and the region.
- Strong understanding of institutional trading, investment products, custody models, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS licensing, AML/KYC).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and scale business from the ground up.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing fintech or brokerage environment is a strong advantage.
- Ability to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is a plus
