About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to build a strong inbound sales pipeline. This role will primarily focus on nurturing and qualifying inbound leads, while occasionally supporting outbound prospecting to help accelerate sales performance. In this role, you will:
Nurture, develop, and handoff leads that result in qualified opportunities to the Sales team
Own a territory and be responsible for driving qualified tours and handoffs to accelerate sales performance
Own the sales process: contact identification, lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data
Collaborate closely with Leasing Teams to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on target accounts
Execute strategy and process implemented by Inside Sales Leadership
Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects
Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent start to their member experience
About You

At least 6 months of professional experience in sales or related industry
Experience in working and thriving in a fast paced environment
Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing are helpful
Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM – Salesforce experience highly desirable
Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing and handing off sales
Strong customer service skills with a passion for building relationships
Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality
You’re resilient, motivated, and embrace feedback to keep improving
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Fluent verbal and written English, and a second language of written Thai is preferred due to the need to support the Thailand market
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
