What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll deliver a seamless customer journey through strong product knowledge, accurate guidance, and professional service.
Develop strong product knowledge, including competitor models and market trends
Analyse pricing, promotions, and new model launches
Provide accurate advice on financing and insurance solutions
Guide customers through relevant LTA guidelines and processes
Deliver a seamless sales experience from first contact to post‑delivery follow‑up, in line with PML standards
Provide exceptional service with professionalism, integrity, and care
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of retail continental car sales experience (other relevant sales experience may be considered)
Possess valid Class 3 driving license
Tech‑savvy and comfortable adopting new digital tools
Comfortable creating and/or engaging with content on social media
Sales‑driven, target‑oriented, and motivated by results
Self‑motivated and proactive, with strong drive to achieve targets
Proven strong sales track record
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Customer‑centric with a proactive and service‑oriented mindset
