Description

As a Sales Consultant with Ease Solutions you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing customer accounts in the computer software industry. You will work closely with customers across various industries to understand their specific business needs and present solutions to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness. Our company is a leading IT solutions provider with over 15 years of experience, and we have strong alliances with key technology partners such as Atlassian and Monday.com.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts through consultative selling.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales prospects.
  • Find potential clients through networking and cold calling, to start establishing relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate company solutions to prospective clients, articulating the value propositions and addressing customer concerns.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through a CRM database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales in the computer software industry.
  • Experience with selling of SaaS solutions.
  • Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willing to learn how to use the applications that are being sold.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ITSM and DevOps verticals
  • Preferably with prior knowledge of Atlassian or Monday.com solutions.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, drive for success, and customer-centric mindset.
