Job Responsibilities:
＜日々業務＞

• JOEM Customer Portal Systemの確認及び更新
  - 量産品番及び試作品番による試作発注の状況確認と納期モニタリング
  - 試作発注の見積り作成サポート
  - 見積り提出後の客先からのポータルシステムを介した回答を確認し、営業メンバーに周知する
  - 顧客からの問い合わせ案件を日々確認し、各担当に振り分け、その結果を社内定例会(毎週1回)にてその内容を口頭共有する
• 量産単価・補給単価・試作単価登録のCustomer Portal Systemへの入力作業と、それに関わる関連業務全般
  - 上記単価入力を実施する際に必要な客先へのリクエストフォームの送信

＜毎週業務＞

• 社内試作データベースの更新業務
  - JOEM Customer Portal Systemからの発注内容の入力
  - 客先からの試作オーダーに対して対象となる製品素性の把握
• 客先オーダー票の確認とリスト化
• 開発費管理業務データの確認及び客先データベース（使用ツール:Box）への更新情報入力

＜月次業務＞

• 担当顧客からの検収明細確認（客先買掛金確認）
  - 売上金額の確認及び社内経理部門への報告
  - 検収数量の確認と社内ロジスティクスチームとの整合確認
• 売掛金入金確認と入金額のチェック
• その他単発請求書に対する入金確認と社内経理部門との確認業務
• 売上計上金額の経理部門への報告
• 為替レート管理表の更新（特定サイトによる定型業務）
• 品質クレーム関連業務
  - 品質部門から提供される品質クレームレポートの整理と金額の集計
  - 品質クレーム内容に対しての異議申請書発行及びその準備に関する業務全般
• 金型費及び開発費の分割払い案件の入金確認

＜3ヵ月毎業務＞

• 社内単価登録業務と単価リストの作成（稀に突発業務として発生する事もあり）
