As a Markets Sales Assistant - Analyst within our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless sales operations across various markets. You will work closely with our sales team and other internal departments to maintain efficient workflows and support our market strategies. Your role is vital in enhancing our team's performance and contributing to the firm's success.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle, operate, and follow up on end-to-end transaction process to ensure smooth front to back workflows and accuracy of all entries, ensure internal controls are followed; check all risk and control measures (incl. not limit to handling KYC process, transaction execution, coordinate with operations to ensure smooth settlement; close/amend the deal; book the trade; oversee post-trade activities)
- Collaborate with Middle Office and Operations to ensure post trade client services are taken care of.
- Manage internal sales blotters, trade records, as well as prepare management reporting.
- Provide timely support for internal queries and solve post-trade related issues.
- Work closely with various internal parties i.e. Sales, Trading, Business Managers, RMs, Operation, IT, Risk, Client Services, Compliance, Legal etc.
- Assist on ad-hoc requests and handle queries in a timely manner, work as partnership while consistently keeping an independent mindset.
- Help on ad-hoc requests from the Sales Desk and Clients
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Market/Derivatives Knowledge
- Good IT knowledge (Excel, VBA, data analysis/query)
- Attention to detail; Ethics and integrity
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Analytical mindset and problem solving
- Displays strong self-organization and multi-tasking capacity
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- The Securities Specialist License or the Senior Securities Specialist License 高業或普業
- 6 months working experience related to derivatives or having attended at least 60 hours of courses offered by domestic financial training institutes on financial derivatives or risk management and obtain certificates of completion ( 符合衍生性商品從業人員資格 )
