The Role
We are seeking a Sales & Analytics Coordinator to support the growth of Pixi across the APAC region, partnering with major retailers such as Sephora, Priceline, and Nykaa. This role sits at the heart of our regional business, providing the commercial team with the operational, analytical, and administrative backbone needed to deliver excellence across multiple markets.

Role Impact
- Commercial Performance Support: You will play a key role in tracking and reporting regional sales performance, providing the insights that drive growth decisions across the APAC business.
- Operational Excellence: You will ensure flawless execution of orders, stock management, and retailer coordination, supporting the seamless delivery of Pixi products across multiple markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Marketing, Education, Operations, and Finance, you will help connect data, process, and people to ensure the smooth running of all commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with sell-in and sell-out data, analysis, and insights for retailer meetings.
- Maintain and update weekly sales trackers, dashboards, and forecasting templates to ensure accurate reporting across markets.
- Process and validate purchase orders, manage delivery tracking, and liaise with the Operations team to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Assist with retailer submissions, pricing sheets, and product listings, ensuring accuracy across all regional partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to coordinate in-store activations, training events, and campaign reporting.
- Support product registration and compliance processes by tracking documentation and local requirements.
- Analyse retailer and market performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, stock reports, and data consolidation for the APAC sales team.
- Contribute to internal business reviews and presentations through data preparation and performance summaries.
Requirements
- This is an entry level position. Candidates aspiring to build a commercial career in beauty or FMCG are encouraged to apply.
- Highly organised and detail-driven, with strong follow-through.
- Analytical and confident using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- A clear communicator, comfortable working with multiple teams and external partners.
