Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of creating rental contracts.
- Process invoices from the Principal and ensure accuracy.
- Compile and submit required documents to the Principal.
- Prepare monthly reports and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate activities with the Sales and Project teams.
- Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely completion.
- Handle budget revisions as necessary.
- Monitor ordering systems and track shipment details.
- Manage and respond to high volumes of emails promptly.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Admin Supervisor.
