We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager for our team in Asia to drive Enapter’s B2B sales activities to the next level. Are you a “go-getter” with a high sense of urgency, technological affinity and a gift for sealing the deal? You will report directly to the VP Sales Asia and join our small but highly experienced team on the ground in Thailand.

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?
- Manage and build new relationships with leads, prospects, and active customer accounts.
- Actively develop and maintain the sales funnel in coordination with the wider sales team.
- Analysing customer needs, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Own the operational sales process: proposals, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Coordinate internally with Customer Support, Engineering, R&D, SBO, and Finance to deliver accurate and timely responses.
- Maintain CRM data quality and clear internal visibility on deal status and next steps.
- Support deal execution through order intake and handover to internal teams.
What do you need to help make our goals a reality?
- First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it
- 2–5 years of experience in sales of technical equipment or software solutions, ideally in the energy space and with exposure to tendering processes;
- A degree in business or engineering
- Strong learning ability and curiosity for technical products and complex sales processes;
- Outgoing, structured, and confident in professional customer interactions;
- Willingness and flexibility to travel
- Fluent English; Thai and Chinese are strong plus points;
- A strong network in the renewable energy or industrial gas sector is a plus
- Experience in building partner networks or distribution channels is a plus
- Experience working with a CRM tool is a plus
