The Singapore Services Delivery Practice is tasked with delivering value across key market segments, with a primary focus on the Singapore Public Sector and Commercial industries. The practice is dedicated to industry-specific customers and is responsible for implementing high-quality solutions and providing professional services through a combination of broad expertise on the Core platform and Industry Clouds together with a deep knowledge of the local market and industry landscape.
As the RVP, Services Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Singapore Public Sector and Commercial industry-aligned teams, overseeing a group of senior practitioners tasked with delivering and assuring high-quality, industry-specific solutions to our most complex and ambitious customers and agencies across our entire portfolio of Implementation Services offerings. You will lead a high-performing organization of Technical Architects, Solution Architects, and Industry SMEs.
As a senior leader for the Singapore Public Sector and Commercial markets, you will be responsible for developing your team’s domain expertise in government digital transformation and commercial excellence. You and your team will work with extended Salesforce teams to ensure we architect and deliver the highest quality solutions in all stages of the Services lifecycle. You will also own senior-level oversight for high-stakes engagements and support our Professional Services teams on the most complex strategic accounts.
You will act as a thought leader and team leader, delivering best practice industry domain skills, driving ongoing learning, and creating baseline industry enablement to support our broader consulting ecosystem in delivering exceptional value to our Singapore-based customers.
This role reports to the Vice President, General Manager ASEAN Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Seasoned People Manager: Lead a focused team of multi-disciplined consultants and senior managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Forward-thinking Leader: Responsible for hiring, building, and developing outstanding industry-focused teams tasked with creating high-quality SaaS solutions on customer and agency-facing engagements.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with other Salesforce Public Sector and Commercial leaders to ensure technology solutions meet customer needs in the pre-sales, discovery, and delivery phases of implementations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with GTM, Presales, and License Sales to ensure the right mix of technical and functional talent to deliver superior outcomes.
  • Executive Oversight: Support pre-sales and manage high-level escalations on strategic programs, ensuring delivery excellence and risk mitigation.
  • Industry Expertise: Drive industry-specific product, domain, and sub-domain expertise development within the Singapore Public Sector and Commercial segments.
  • Learning & Enablement: Lead the adoption of job architecture, learning paths, reusable assets, and frameworks to accelerate team growth.
  • Global Integration: Work closely with Global Practices, Customer Success, and Product teams on initiatives such as enablement, product offerings, and practice innovation.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; serving as an active thought leader and contributor to the community’s knowledge base.
  • Value Storytelling: Create industry-specific internal value stories and work with Marketing to showcase how we solve unique Singapore market challenges.
  • Performance Metrics: Be measured on team utilization, skills attainment, delivery of reusable assets, and the associated impact on bookings and margin.
  • Culture Driver: Drive a High-Performance Culture to attract, develop, support, and retain world-class talent and future leaders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of professional experience in professional services consulting and delivery of SaaS technology.
  • Proven experience in the Singapore Public Sector, including a deep understanding of local government frameworks, compliance requirements, and digital transformation goals.
  • Established Team Leader: Demonstrated success in managing, leading, and developing multi-disciplinary consulting teams and junior managers.
  • Thought Leadership: Proven ability to act as a thought leader, effectively presenting and defending a strategic point of view to C-level and senior government stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • SaaS Mastery: Deep functional and business knowledge of SaaS implementation lifecycles, preferably within the Singapore Commercial and Public Sector markets.
  • Strategic Execution: Experience supporting pre-sales and providing oversight for large-scale Implementation Services engagements.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to teach complex concepts and think prescriptively.
  • Problem Solver: Resourceful and innovative thinker who can navigate complex organizational challenges to find technical and business solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Leadership Depth: Experience leading "leaders of leaders" and scaling large consulting organizations within Singapore Public Sector.
  • Architectural Background: Preferred experience as a consultant or architect designing complex, enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of supporting commercial and legal aspects of Professional Services engagements, including deal reviews and contract negotiations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to engage with and influence C-level and senior government stakeholders.
  • Methodology Expertise: Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM) in the context of large-scale SaaS/Cloud deployments.
  • Conflict Resolution: Adept at navigating/mediating conflict and fostering healthy dialogue in high-pressure delivery environments.
