What We'll Bring:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining robotic process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java, hands-on experience with at least one automation tool, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in dynamic team environments.

What You'll Bring:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using tools such as WorkFusion/UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or any other Automation Tools.

• Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code to implement process automation.

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure process reliability and maintain high-quality standards.

• Document automation workflows, technical designs, and user manuals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, solution design, and problem resolution.

• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing automation solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges in automation processes.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all automation solutions.

Impact You'll Make:

Key Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Proficiency in Java programming language.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in at least one automation tool (WorkFusion/UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.).

• Strong skills in coding, testing, and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in team environments.

Desirable:

• Certification in any of the automation tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, Power Automate Specialist, or WorkFusion/UIPath Developer certification).

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
