Key Responsibilities

RPA Development: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath. Implement REFramework to ensure scalable and robust bot performance.

Test Automation: Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium (Java/Python) to support continuous integration and regression testing for web applications.

Orchestration: Manage and monitor bots via UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring high availability and efficient resource utilization.

Framework Optimization: Develop reusable components and libraries to speed up the automation lifecycle for both RPA and QA.

Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs) to map "as-is" processes and translate them into "to-be" automated workflows.

Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production bots and automation scripts, ensuring minimal downtime for business operations.

Technical Requirements

UiPath Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience in UiPath development. Proficiency in Orchestrator, Document Understanding, and AI Fabric is a significant plus.

Selenium Proficiency: Solid experience in Selenium WebDriver using Java, Python, or C#. Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and TestNG/JUnit frameworks.

Scripting & Programming: Strong understanding of .NET (VB.NET/C#) for UiPath custom activities and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, and backend automation.

CI/CD Integration: Experience with version control tools (Git/Bitbucket) and integrating automation suites into Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications

UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD).

Experience in the Banking/Finance domain, specifically with high-volume transaction processing or regulatory reporting.

Knowledge of API automation (Postman or REST Assured).
