We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Risk Consulting team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Risk and Resilience Senior Consultant, you will be a vital part of Marsh’s growing Strategic Risk Consulting practice in Asia. You will advise clients on their risk management journey, helping them identify and assess business-critical risks, evaluate risk management infrastructure, and build continuous enterprise risk management processes.
We will count on you to:
- Support senior colleagues in providing risk and resilience advice to clients on risk management maturity review, ERM framework development, business continuity, crisis/incident management, and risk and resilience training across various industries.
- Monitor progress against project milestones to ensure timely execution of deliverables, conduct client interviews, and run workshops or webinars.
- Develop complex presentations and communications, extracting and summarizing key insights for internal and client meetings.
- Contribute to research and analysis plans, manage data collection and documentation, and provide guidance to clients based on research findings.
- Support commercial activities including proposals and RFP responses.
- Build and nurture successful business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow the Risk Consulting business.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in ERM, BCM, and crisis management.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant consulting experience focused on enterprise risk management, risk identification and assessment, risk assurance, and business continuity.
- Recognized professional qualification in risk management (e.g., CIA, CRMA, CRISC) is an advantage.
- Prior experience at a consulting firm or insurance broker preferred.
- Excellent communication, time management, leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; resourceful in delivering high-quality work.
- Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of client industries, broad insurance knowledge, and familiarity with Marsh resources.
