  • About the role
    The RevOps Analyst will play a critical role in the success of our newly formed RevOps team. You will join a small team with the opportunity to have a large impact on shaping the team and the impact we have in our first months. We're looking for someone who can play a strategic and operational role - bridging the skills between strategic project manager, data analyst, and Sales / CRM enabler. This person will be able to effectively use data to identify, prioritize, and execute on the highest impact projects within our Sales funnel.
    What you'll do

    • Idea-to-implementation: Analyze, pitch, and project manage implementation of key new Sales funnel processes that drive additional revenue and operational efficiency, working closely with Sales leadership and Sales team members
    • Data Analytics & Reporting: Manage and analyze revenue data to provide actionable insights and reports that inform business decisions and forecasting. Assist creation, maintenance, and upward reporting against dashboards for KPIs such as pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, and sales efficiency reporting.
    • Process optimization & automation: Continuously identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement (e.g., lead management and scoring), leveraging automation and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce friction across revenue teams.
    • Ad-hoc analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making


    Key Performance Metrics:

    • Revenue team-generated margin and revenue change
    • On-time project delivery %
    • Sales funnel performance improvements (e.g., calls per demo)


    What we are looking for

    • At least 1-2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, and/or Sales Operations
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex datasets ability to explain them to non-technical audiences
    • Basic understanding of SQL and data manipulation
    • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment


    Preferred

    • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms and their integrations
    • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies through CRM and system enhancements
    • Experience with Sales and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Gong, etc.)
