The Role: Revenue Execution Team Lead, Revenue Enablement

The Team:

Revenue Enablement is a key partner to the Sales team, helping streamline processes, improve client experiences, and drive revenue growth on complex, large accounts. As a leader on the Revenue Enablement team, you’ll guide a talented group of Associates, Advisors, and Specialists, directly influencing efficiency and revenue outcomes. Together, your team will manage accounts that generate over $300M in recurring revenue. Your leadership will ensure smoother workflows, better results, and bigger wins.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Retention Managers, Sales Support, and Enablement Specialists, managing accounts for renewal and supporting front-end sales tasks.
  • Drive process improvements, document best practices, and collaborate with other leaders to create unified, efficient workflows.
  • Participate in and contribute to at least one Enablement program annually (such as Rally for Retention), helping design content and learning objectives.
  • Act as a strategic partner and retention champion for Sales leadership, using our Customer Retention model to guide all retention efforts.
  • Manage a global team of 6-8 individual contributors, focused on reducing delayed renewals to under 15%, aligning stakeholders, and driving positive outcomes across all accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales on new business tasks and reduce churn by identifying renewal opportunities and supporting high-risk accounts.
  • Provide regular feedback, performance management, and development support to your team.
  • Ensure seamless workflow by acting as the first point of contact for team issues and escalating risks as necessary.
  • Keep the Director updated weekly on team performance, delayed renewals, and enablement activities.
  • Build strong relationships across teams, promote innovation, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.
  • Promote fun and a positive work culture—bring energy, collaboration, and motivation to your team.
  • Your schedule:
  • Participate in 1x monthly full Revenue Enablement team session.
  • Lead 1x monthly team sync meetings.
  • Join 1x monthly Team Lead session with the Director.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional experience in SaaS or a similar business environment
  • Prior leadership experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to motivate teams, solve complex challenges, and deliver results with a positive, "can do" attitude
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels—internally and externally
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a focus on innovation and efficiency
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, brings ideas to life, and drives independent execution
  • Passion for continuous improvement and curiosity to explore new ways of working
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant data management and reporting tools
