Research Manager at Skyfall AI
Job Overview:
Skyfall AI is seeking a Research Manager to join our team to work on our journey towards an autonomous enterprise. As a Research Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing the state of the art in models for Agentic AI, and will help guide the research team in areas such as agent planning, reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
Research Manager Responsibilities:
Guide a team of research scientists in areas such as reinforcement learning, generative models (LLM, Diffusion etc) and multi agent systems
Help develop and execute the overall research strategy which aligns with Skyfall’s mission
Keep up to date on the state of the art in the areas of research relevant to the organization
Grow and maintain relationships with the external AI community in order to project Skyfall as a leader in the field
Minimum Qualifications
PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP or related field (preferred) or at least 7+ years industry experience in a research capacity
Experience in leading research projects
Experience managing teams of both research scientists and engineers
Hands on experience with Large Language Models and other transformer based generative AI methods
An active member of the AI research community
Proven leadership in the AI community
