What this job involves:

This role will be based in the Singapore office and contribute to Singapore’s local research excellence and production, reinforcing the team's market-leading position. Reporting to the Head of Research & Advisory South East Asia, you have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Research & Advisory business unit and achieve its allocated annual income target.
  • Maintain status of JLL Research as a market leader locally and regionally.
  • Keep research & advisory services relevant to both internal and external clients’ needs.
  • Establish, maintain and review the database management system for the data bank of a specific asset class.
  • Prepare and draft of market studies, feasibility analysis and research reports.
  • Draft and ensure the timely delivery of press releases and write-ups in the press/various publications to gain strategic publicity coverage for the firm
  • Prepare presentation material and support advisory pitches

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Accounting & Finance or in other relevant qualifications is required. Honours preferred.
  • Experience/Internship in research and advisory function, and some knowledge of mapping tools will be advantageous.
  • Some knowledge of the Singapore property markets.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Possesses good analytical, communicative and organizational skills.
  • A team player, goal driven, creative and has initiative.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduates who have passion in real estates are welcomed to apply!
