The Sales & Relationship Management department manages Direct HNW Clients and Active Traders. In this role, the Sales & Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and exceptional client experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Acquisition of new HNW clients and Active Traders
Build new relationships and develop strong sales pipelines for Saxo
Participate in external client events and organize internal client sales and hospitality events
Assisting with communicating to clients about new product releases and/or changes to their account
Ensuring that new clients are able to trade independently on Saxo’s platforms
Carrying out any further tasks for which the qualifications and experience of a Sales & Relationship Manager are suited as directed by Saxo
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Candidate who already possess CMFAS Module RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP or CM-CMP will have added advantage.
Passion for sales and a proven ability to build and expand client relationships ethically.
Demonstrated resourcefulness in developing strategies to build and acquire new client relationships.
Strong understanding of Saxo’s products and services
Enjoy engaging with clients and colleagues. Able to speak fluently and write in English and additional languages are considered an advantage
Customer-service oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Work independently and manage task and time based on the given KPI’s
