Position Description

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dedicated team serving the Greater China region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals and corporate clients, delivering tailored investment solutions that meet their unique financial objectives. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to advance their career in the financial services sector while contributing to business growth.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identify and establish relationship with potential clients in the Greater China market

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients

  • Assess clients' investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs

  • Provide regular market updates, investment advice, and portfolio reviews to clients

  • Proactively address and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Business Development and Revenue Generation

  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across various financial products and services

  • Engage actively in marketing initiatives and client events to enhance brand awareness and deepen client relationships

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Maintain meticulous documentation and record-keeping practices

  • Ensure compliances with all regulatory standards and adherence to internal policies

  • Manage client portfolios in-line with established risk parameters and investment guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification with a minimum of 3 years in wealth advisory experience 

  • Proven track record of consistent sales performance, preferably in banking or wealth management related industries

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in sophisticated investment products, portfolio management and financial planning concepts

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese

  • Possession of relevant CMFAS certification
