The Reinsurance Client Program Advisor will manage client interactions, execute financial reviews, analyze data for program performance, and build relationships with high-end clients and partners.

In this position, you will own the customer facing aspects of Client Wealth Building Programs. You will be responsible for providing excellent service and complementing the Field Sales team, allowing them to focus on acquisition. You will need to demonstrate a deep knowledge of wealth development accounting, excellent problem-solving skills, follow-up, and the ability to deliver solutions. You will be responsible for developing long-term professional relationships with highly affluent APD clients, their C Level executives, distribution partners and internal teammates.
Responsibilities
- Execution of Shareholder Financial Reviews associated with Client Wealth Building Programs as identified as a key pillar towards APDs overall strategy of how we win in the markets we serve.
- Research and analyze data to provide recommendations to maximize Client Wealth Building Program performance.
- oIncludes items that require follow up after the meeting (example proformas/analysis such as recaptures, additional product sales, rate adjustments, detailed loss data, etc.)
- Support the Distribution team in efforts to insulate risk & increase sales by creating, delivering, following-up & execution of SFR recommendations.
- Support the Distribution Team and clients through extensive knowledge of cession & financial statements, actuarial analytics, loss trends, rate action impacts, etc.
- Build to precise specifications and possess an all-encompassing in-depth knowledge of Client Wealth Building Program proformas and have the ability to participate in the sales presentation and lead technical reviews with CFOs, CPAs, etc.
- Expertise in all aspects of the various Client Wealth Building Programs (Retro, CFC, NCFC, DOWC Re, DOWC, etc.).
- General understanding of core tenets within the client facing agreements and the ability to explain them and support sales in managing the customer experience.
- Form relationships and work directly with 3rd party vendors as necessary.

- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated and results-orient with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Some travel required.
- 3+ years’ experience supporting client participation programs.
- General accounting background with ability to read & understand financial statements, balance sheets, ledgers, etc.
