Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a part of the Regional People Team for the Southeast Asia & Oceania region, and carry out end-to-end recruitment tasks as well as contribute to building Samsung’s talent pipeline and employer brand.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Source, engage and attract top talent for open roles mainly across Singapore as well as some countries in the Southeast Asia & Oceania region.
  • Partner with and build relationship with business leaders to develop a deep understanding of their requirements and priorities, and bring speed and great quality in hiring process.
  • Manage the end to end recruitment cycle from job intake, job posting and sourcing, interview arrangement and offer management.
  • Maintain a proactive pool of external talents and keep abreast of talent market trends to ensure that Samsung remains competitive.
  • Be an ambassador of Samsung and share our value proposition to strengthen our employer brand in the market.
  • Initiate and take part in any talent acquisition-related projects such as campus recruitment and partnering with employer branding team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 6 years recruitment experience in fast-paced agency and/or MNC environments.
  • A consistent track record of success in a metrics or goal-based recruitment setting.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong focus on delivering results and managing stakeholders.
  • Experience in using Workday as an ATS is welcome but not mandatory.
