Our Journey
ShopBack started as a spark of inspiration one night in 2014 when Henry and Joel were brainstorming ideas in Henry’s car. That lightbulb moment — earning Cashback while shopping online — was just the beginning. Fueled by the countless possibilities, the team locked themselves in a hotel room for 24 hours to code the very first prototype. Their mission? To revolutionize shopping by helping advertisers market more cost-effectively, while making every purchase more rewarding for shoppers.

Today, ShopBack is the leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform in Asia-Pacific, empowering 45 million shoppers across 12 markets. With 20,000+ partners and over half a million transactions daily, we’re redefining the way the world shops. As we expand globally, we’re looking for adventurous, driven individuals to help us build The World’s Most Rewarding Way to Shop.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Intern to support the commercial team across 12 markets. You’ll help build materials, organize resources, and support our sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, curious about sales strategy, and looking to learn how business development works at a regional scale.

Your Adventure Ahead

  • Help build and maintain sales decks, templates, and playbooks used across the region
  • Support onboarding and training efforts by organizing content and tracking progress
  • Work with teams (marketing, product, BD) to collect and update campaign materials
  • Assist in preparing weekly newsletters and internal comms for BD teams
  • Organize reports and help track performance of key initiatives
  • Help beautify and structure internal resources (e.g., campaign calendars, decks)
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy projects

Essentials to Succeed

  • Undergraduate looking to explore e-Commerce and sales strategy
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to work across multiple tasks at once
  • Strong written and visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets)
  • Curious and proactive - not afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable with basic data analysis or dashboards
  • Minimum commitment period of 6 months full-time

  • Bonus
  • Familiar with Canva, Figma, or other design tools
