REGIONAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Adapt, coordinate, and implement the BA Food APMEA business and marketing strategies, aligned with the local priorities, into market relevant action plans
- Develop and implement online and offline sales and marketing tools and activities, and ensure compliance according to Group Brand Policies and Guidelines
- Deliver competitive assessment on proof points and key marketing messages; and develop Commercial Launch marketing materials such as product brochure, price list, video, rendering, and digital content
- Work closely with business divisions on executing product launches, keeping focus on timing and process
- KPI setting for assigned projects, activation, and monitoring
- Support the adoption of marketing automation, digital transformation and 360 customer experience journey across our organisation
WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
- At least 3 years of experience in a regional marketing role with exposure to multi-country coordination and execution
- Proven expertise in Marketing of assigned Business Area
- University Degree
- Project Management advanced to professional
- Computer literate and able to demonstrate uses of IT, Digital Marketing tools and systems relevant to role (CRMs, Product Database, Marketing Automation). Knowledge of Word Press, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
