This Position reports to:
Head of Marketing & Communication
We are looking for an experienced marketing and communications professional who will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing communication strategies that strengthen the company’s brand and value proposition. Acting as the central point for marketing initiatives, the role ensures alignment with global and country strategies while driving promotional activities, events, and digital campaigns to support sales objectives. The position emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement, ensuring impactful visibility in the market and measurable business results.

The role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products division globally.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Lead and execute marketing and communications activities in the South-Korea, Vietnam and Japan, including campaigns, events, media, and internal communications.
- Manage and coach the team of country marketing and communications managers in Asia, including people leadership, target setting, development, and performance management.
- Ensure regional alignment with global and business line strategies, adapting initiatives to local market needs.
- Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and demand generation activities across the cluster, ensuring consistency and impact.

- 7-12 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a strong business-driving mindset.
- Strong people leadership skills, including managing multicultural, multi-country teams and collaborating across functions.
- Proven expertise in technical B2B/industrial marketing and communications, covering brand management, demand generation, and digital channels.
- Hands-on execution ability combined with a strategic mindset, capable of balancing operational country-level activities with regional coordination.
- Experience in product launches and introductions, organizing events and trade fairs, and managing media relations, social media, and website content.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and network effectively with local and global leaders.
- Excellent communication, editing, and presentation skills in English. Local language knowledge is a must.
- Solid analytical skills to measure performance and optimize activities.
- Positive energy, proactive approach, and ability to prioritize, juggle multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
