Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership

- Translate JPAC business strategies into regionally relevant People and HR strategies.
- Drive execution of a 3–5-year HR roadmap tailored to business growth and capability needs.
- Champion organizational transformation initiatives that enable agility, innovation, and productivity.
- Represent the region’s voice in global HR planning and decision-making forums.

2. Organization & Talent Development

- Design and deliver people strategies that strengthen leadership pipeline, future-ready capabilities, and succession.
- Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure sustainable talent supply.
- Strengthen employee value proposition (EVP) across the region through targeted initiatives and engagement.
- Partner with the business to foster a culture of coaching, development, and high performance.

3. Change Management & Culture Building

- Lead regional HR transformation initiatives in line with Galderma’s culture and business goals.
- Champion a feedback- and growth-oriented culture that embraces diversity, inclusion, and innovation.
- Drive employee engagement through action-oriented pulse and survey execution.

4. Business Partnership & Operational Excellence

- Act as strategic advisor to Regional General Managers and Business Unit Heads.
- Build cross-functional alignment with Finance, Legal, IT, and Commercial to drive integrated solutions.
- Provide oversight on HR compliance, labor relations, and operational governance across markets.
- Use data-driven insights and dashboards to monitor organizational health and drive business impact.

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

- Lead and develop a high-performing regional HR team across countries and functions.
- Foster team accountability, collaboration, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Develop and mentor country HR leaders and embed best practices in talent and performance management.

Qualifications & Experience Required

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Strong business acumen and track record of HR partnership with senior executives.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR transformation, organization design, and people strategy implementation across multiple geographies.
- Experience in matrixed environments and emerging markets (Asia-Pacific exposure is essential).
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR governance practices across JAPAC.
