About the role

Igloo is hiring a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to lead enterprise-grade growth and marketing strategy and execution across our Tech Solutions, B2B2C partnerships, and B2C business lines. This role is designed for a senior marketing manager  who combines strong B2B marketing fundamentals with modern growth and digital expertise..

You will architect and scale regional marketing programs that support  partnership ecosystems, enterprise sales pipelines, and multi-market expansion. This role requires someone comfortable operating in structured, cross-functional environments while bringing the agility in mindset, process and worflows needed to succeed in a fast-growing insurtech company.

Job Description

Regional Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a regional growth marketing roadmap aligned with commercial and product strategies
  • Build structured annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue, and market expansion
  • Partner with regional leadership to prioritize investments and allocate resources effectively

Enterprise Demand Generation

  • Lead B2B demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline for enterprise partnerships and platform solutions
  • Design integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships to support long sales cycles
  • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for strategic partners and enterprise clients

Digital & Performance Excellence

  • Oversee SEO and performance marketing strategies with a focus on scalable acquisition and measurable ROI
  • Establish CRM and lifecycle marketing frameworks that support lead nurturing and retention
  • Drive consistent optimization of channel performance through data-led experimentation

Product & Go-To-Market Leadership

  • Collaborate with product and commercial teams to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead regional product launches and enable sales teams with marketing assets and tools
  • Ensure consistent brand and messaging alignment across markets

Analytics, Governance & Operations

  • Build robust reporting frameworks and dashboards to track marketing effectiveness
  • Establish marketing processes and governance standards suitable for a regional enterprise environment
  • Use data and insights to guide strategic decisions and performance improvements

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align multiple stakeholders across product, sales, and country teams
  • Lead agencies and cross-market collaborators to deliver high-quality execution
  • Mentor team members and foster a high-performance marketing culture

Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of experience across B2B marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing
  • Proven track record running successful enterprise B2B marketing campaigns in high-growth environments
  • Experience working in both multinational corporations and startups, with the ability to bridge structured processes and agile execution
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, SEO, performance marketing, CRM, and product marketing
  • Strong data and analytical skills, with experience using metrics to drive strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to set priorities across complex regional initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Critical thinker with a strong growth mindset
  • Self-starter with hands-on execution experience
