Job Summary:

The Regional Financial Analyst serves as the primary financial lead for the Exos at Google partnership across the APAC and EMEA regions, operating at the intersection of accounting rigor, operational execution, and strategic business partnership. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of monthly and quarterly invoicing, financial reporting, and forecasting for a complex, multi-country service delivery model.
Acting as a trusted advisor to Regional Directors and a key liaison to the Exos Finance team, the Regional Financial Analyst provides actionable insights into contract performance, cost drivers, and profitability while maintaining strong governance over revenue recognition, expense alignment, and billing integrity.
The role requires a high degree of ownership and accountability, with direct responsibility for preparing and validating regional invoices, reconciling financial results to budget and forecast, and ensuring alignment between operational activity and financial outcomes.
This position is designed for a finance professional who combines strong technical acumen with a continuous improvement mindset—capable of transforming fragmented processes into scalable, automated solutions while enabling data-driven decision-making across a global organization. This position reports to the Regional Director (APAC) with a dotted line to the Finance Department (Exos HQ).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end oversight of the monthly and quarterly invoicing process for APAC and EMEA regions, ensuring all services are billed accurately, completely, and in accordance with contractual terms and purchase orders.

  • Track and manage complex, multi-line-item purchase orders across multiple countries, ensuring alignment between contracted services, operational delivery, and invoicing to prevent revenue leakage or billing discrepancies.

  • Partner closely with U.S.-based accounting and finance teams to ensure proper revenue and expense coding, supporting accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate accounting policies.

  • Prepare, analyze, and reconcile monthly financial results against budget and forecast, identifying variances, diagnosing root causes, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to regional leadership.

  • Maintain and continuously update rolling forecasts incorporating multiple data inputs, including headcount, service delivery metrics, contractual changes, and regional cost dynamics.

  • Provide real-time visibility into contract profitability by developing and maintaining financial models that track revenue, cost, and margin performance at a detailed level.

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to Regional Directors, supporting decision-making through financial insights, scenario analysis, and operational guidance.

  • Drive process standardization and scalability by transitioning region-specific, manual workflows into automated and centralized reporting solutions using tools such as Looker, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Google Sheets.

  • Design and maintain dashboards that deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial and operational metrics to both regional and corporate stakeholders.

  • Strengthen invoicing and reporting controls by implementing checks, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, HR, procurement, and external service providers to ensure alignment between financial reporting and operational activity.

  • Monitor accounts receivable related to the Google partnership, supporting timely collections through proactive follow-up and issue resolution.

  • Support regional compliance requirements, including multi-currency considerations, local reporting nuances, and coordination with external advisors where applicable.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data quality through automation, system enhancements, and process redesign initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA, or ACCA designation strongly preferred.

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with demonstrated experience supporting regional or multi-entity operations across APAC and/or EMEA.

  • Strong technical foundation in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with the ability to connect detailed financial data to broader business performance.

  • Proven experience managing complex invoicing processes, including multi-country billing structures, purchase order tracking, and contract-based revenue models.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including experience with complex models, data manipulation, and Apps Script or equivalent automation tools.

  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms; working knowledge of SQL or data querying tools preferred.

  • Familiarity with ERP and financial systems, with the ability to navigate and reconcile data across multiple platforms and reporting structures.

  • Understanding of multi-currency environments and regional financial considerations, including exposure to international compliance and reporting requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to build, standardize, and scale financial processes in dynamic, fast-growing environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to operate independently in a high-accountability environment, managing competing priorities while delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of leveraging data, systems, and automation to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
