Position Summary

To formulate and spearhead regional sales campaigns for partner events within the region. This includes full management of the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns to ensure success. The role also requires regular interface with regional platform partners to maintain the business affiliation.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with external creative agencies to conceptualize, establish parameters and design a regional campaign strategy, theme, toolkit and full asset development (Shopee and Lazada Super Brand Days, 6.6, 9.9 to 12.12 Mega Campaigns)
  • Discussion and alignment with regional platform partners on campaign goals and ways
    of collaboration (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
  • Work with sales subsidiaries and regional platform partners to define campaign revenue targets and other measurements of campaign success.
  • Collate key campaign details from local markets, such as channel plan, campaign dates, model-wise promotion list as well as analysis on competitiveness
  • Liaise with other internal stakeholders (Regional Performance Marketing, PR, Corporate Marketing) to ensure integration into overall campaign plan.
  • Deliver interim and final reports on campaign results
  • Run regular checks on Samsung official store merchandising on online platforms to ensure optimal shopper journey and brand compliance, including corresponding recommendations to local sales subsidiaries.
  • Sharing of periodic online platform analysis with local sales subsidiaries including follow-up actions to improve the business.

Elevate campaign frequency and focus CE campaigns

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in digital / consumer marketing within the consumer space. Some knowledge or experience in ecommerce will be an added advantage.
  • Highly mature and collaborative individual with the ability to interact well with all levels
  • Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with agencies and third parties as well as persuade a non-marketing audience
  • Good project management skills, to be able to effectively work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Sound numerical skills will be an added strength, to be able to acquire and analyse data and use it to target selected groups.
  • Strong execution & follow through skills with multi-functional team & external partners
