As a Regional Communication & PMO Lead at JLL, you'll serve as the strategic backbone for communication excellence and program management across our regional operations. This role combines the art of compelling storytelling with the organization and delivery of regional initiatives across different areas of work, ensuring our teams stay connected, informed and aligned. You'll partner with senior leadership to translate complex business initiatives into accessible messaging while establishing PMO frameworks that drive consistent execution across diverse teams. What your day-to-day will look like:Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align regional teams with corporate initiatives and all workstreams
Lead cross-functional program management efforts, establishing governance structures and tracking mechanisms for key regional deliverables
Create compelling content across multiple channels including newsletters, intranet articles, executive briefings, and town hall presentations
Facilitate regular leadership communication forums and stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure consistent messaging and strategic clarity
Design and implement project management methodologies, templates, and best practices that enhance team productivity and delivery quality
Collaborate with global communication teams to localize corporate messaging while maintaining brand consistency and strategic coherence
Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness through engagement metrics, feedback surveys, and stakeholder interviews
Support change management initiatives by developing targeted communication plans that address concerns and drive adoption
Coordinate with regional leaders to identify emerging communication needs and proactively address potential information gaps
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in corporate communications, with demonstrated expertise in multi-channel content creation and strategic messaging
3+ years of project management experience, including familiarity with PMO principles, methodologies, and governance frameworks
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizational structures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and stakeholders
Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to measure communication effectiveness and project performance
Proficiency in project management tools, collaboration platforms, and content management systems
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Experience working in multicultural, international business environments.
Master's degree in Communications, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field
Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or communications (APR, IABC, or similar) are a plus
7+ years of experience in corporate communications within professional services, real estate, or consulting industries
Experience leading virtual teams and managing communication strategies across multiple geographic regions or time zones
Background in change management with demonstrated success supporting organizational transformation initiatives
Advanced proficiency in digital communication tools, analytics platforms, and project management software
