GrabAds is the Grab SuperApp's omni-channel advertising ecosystem enabling advertisers, agencies, and merchants to engage Grab's unique, high-value audiences through advertising solutions. We invite you to join us in creating value and driving outcomes for our advertisers, consumers, merchants, and partners while making everyday lives better across Southeast Asia.

Get to Know the Role

As part of the GrabAds Measurement team, you'll work directly with important regional advertisers and their media agencies to measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platforms. You'll educate them on our measurement tools and scaling their understanding and adoption of GrabAds' measurement solutions. You'll also help scale these solutions internally.

Reporting to the Regional Measurement Lead, you'll collaborate with multiple teams from both regional and country levels, including Marketing, Account Management, Ad Operations, Product Marketing, Media Strategy, and Consumer Research.

This is a hybrid role based in Singapore.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

  • You will lead the deployment of measurement projects, assessing the true business value of ad spends.
  • You will develop measurement best practices and expertise for broader client adoption.
  • You will contribute to client conversations, present results, and consult with sales teams to ensure proper design and setup of measurement studies.
  • You will create data-driven insight reports and dashboards to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers internally and externally.
  • You will partner with key accounts to provide robust measurement for better understanding of their platform performance.
  • You will work with 1st and 3rd party measurement solutions to support key accounts with learning agendas.
  • You will use measurement insights to develop and pitch compelling sales recommendations and insights for regional and country account management teams.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Media Measurement Experience: 5+ years in media measurement at a digital advertiser, media/publisher, or research agency, with a focus on brand or performance Return on investment.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Experience working with tools like SQL and Python.
  • Measurement Solutions Knowledge: Familiarity with global measurement solutions like marketing mix modeling, attribution, brand lift studies, and incrementality tests.
  • Data Interpretation: Proven ability to obtain effective narratives and recommendations from large data sets, leading to strategic changes.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working in a data-driven organization, particularly in advertising agencies.
