Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RedHat OpenShift Administrator to join our team, with a strong background in containerization, cloud technologies, and infrastructure management. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our OpenShift Container Platform environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage RedHat OpenShift Container Platform environments
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of code changes and automated testing
- Manage and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters, including upgrades, patches, and backups
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Support developers in Dev, Test, Staging, and Production environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years of build or deployment engineering experience
- Expertise with RedHat OpenShift Container Platform/Kubernetes
- Expertise in RedHat Linux administration
- Expertise working with Docker or similar container technologies
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud PAAS/IAAS technologies
- Experience working with infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform
- Experience in Infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and Ops
- Strong DevOps/CI/CD process architecture/engineering
- Understanding of relevant software development tools, including version control, build processes, debuggers, and test frameworks
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
