We are looking for a high-energy Recruitment Specialist to join our team for a 6-month intensive contract. The Challenge

As our Recruitment Specialist, you won’t just be filling seats; you will be a strategic partner navigating a rapidly evolving talent landscape. We don't always have all the answers, and that’s where you come in.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Full Cycle: Partner with hiring managers across APAC to build teams. You’ll be responsible for everything from writing compelling ads and filtering applications, to supporting the final offer to close.
  • Dynamic Problem Solver: We operate with a 'can-do' spirit. You are comfortable balancing structured recruitment with moments that require high-speed pivots. You don’t wait for all the answers. Instead, you proactively seek them out and adjust your strategy in real-time to meet changing business needs.
  • Sourcing Pioneer: Don’t wait for applications. Use LinkedIn, social channels, and your own creative methods to hunt for top-tier talent in competitive markets.
  • Drive Efficiency: Manage Workday meticulously while constantly looking for ways to improve our time-to-fill and cost-per-hire without compromising on quality.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Axis in the market. Even in a fast-paced environment, you ensure every candidate feels valued and has a world-class experience.
  • Execution & Reporting: Deliver weekly updates and monthly deep dives into metrics. You’ll need to be comfortable with data and use it to pivot your strategies when things aren't working.

Who You Are

  • Communicator: You possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. You can influence hiring managers and win over candidates in a competitive market.
  • Tech Savvy Recruiter: You are proficient with Workday (or similar ATS) and have a digital-first approach to sourcing.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of recruitment experience or more (tech or multinational preferred). This is a level-flexible position where compensation will be commensurate with your years of experience and industry impact.
  • Resilience: A proven track record of staying motivated and proactive even when faced with roadblocks.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with a 6-month contract duration, with the drive to treat every day like it’s your first.
