Join Our Dynamic Team as an HR Intern - Recruitment (APAC)

Are you passionate about people and eager to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our APAC HR Recruitment team! This is a 6-month internship requiring a 3-day work week, with in-office presence needed.

It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

What You'll Do

As an HR Intern in the Recruitment team, you will be integral to the smooth running of our recruitment activities, as you gain hands-on experience by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partner with Hiring Managers: to understand requirements, draft engaging job advertisements
• Interview Coordination: Skilfully schedule phone screens and interviews
• Job Posting & Communication: Oversee Workday (WD) job postings, communicate advertisement links, and facilitate timely feedback from Hiring Managers.
• Candidate Screening & Vetting: Coordinate and conduct initial phone screens, reference checks, and assist with essential documentation for background verification.
• Process Management & Candidate Experience: Provide timely and professional communication to all candidates regarding their application status, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and ensure job requisitions are efficiently closed.
• Onboarding Support: Scheduling new joiner check-ins and tracking their first day to ensure a smooth welcome.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• An exceptional communicator, capable of interacting professionally with various stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Prior experience with HR systems or ATS (like Workday) is a plus.
