This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience across our Engineering, Oil & Gas and Energy Transition sectors.
***Contract – 12 months***
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Write engaging job advertisements and manage postings across various platforms
- Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other tools
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
- Support hiring managers throughout the interview process, including customizing interview guides
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding by reviewing employment contracts
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Represent KBR at job fairs and networking events, promoting our brand and encouraging referrals
Required Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably within Engineering, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors
- Proven track record recruiting technical roles in competitive markets
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (Familiarity with Workday a PLUS), & CRM’s
- Experience writing compelling job adverts
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment laws and legislations
- Familiarity with Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably within Engineering, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors
