Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company culture and objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and follow-up communication.
  • Manage the offer process including negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Monitor and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
  • Experience in the localization industry.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Fluent in English and Japanese, with proficiency in another Asian language (preferably Chinese).
